Welcome to join one of Lifesparkz Bike Tours Cycling Classes.
In a class you get an introduction to cycling techniques going on flat road, uphill, downhill, traffic rules, behaviour in traffic, and practicalities when you prepare a cycling trip.
The class is for individuals so I can help you with the focus areas that you need.
Booking in advance is required via mail to hi@lifesparkz.com or Facebook page/Lifesparkz Bike Tours.
You bring a bike, a bike helmet and a bottle of water.
For safety reasons it is mandatory to wear a bike helmet and we encourage you to bring your personal hand sanitizer, please read Lifesparkz Bike Tours' Terms & Waiver.
