Road bike cycling
Introduction to road bike cycling and/or road bike cycling in mountains. We practise cycling techniques when cycling on a road bike. Never cycled with cleats? We will go to a flat quiet area for you to practise.
Never cycled in mountains? We go to some of the shorter climbs in the area where you can practise to go on different levels of gradients and techniques for climbing and descending.
