Overcome fear of cycling - become a confident cyclist in Nice

Lifesparkz Bike Tours is doing a serie of events focusing on various themes and cycling techniques for people, who would like to become more confident when going on a city-/leisure bike in Nice.
Everybody can join the events. We will go on both flat routes and on some routes, which are a bit physical challenging.
All you need is a bike, a helmet and good spirits.
English and French speaking instructor, bike guide Tina Baltzer.

Safety is important for Lifesparkz Bike Tours. Therefore we adjust each tour to the level of the participants and build the level of difficulty of the routes from event to event. It is mandatory for participants to wear a bike helmet and to bring a bottle of water.
We aim to make every cyclist on the tour feel confident and safe while biking. In every event, we practise how to behave in traffic, traffic rules, having cars close to you, dogs running in the street, hand-signs, use of senses and much more.
